Created New Ebay Account, has a selling limit of $0 ????

I just created a new ebay account and while i upgraded my paypal account to abusiness account and linked it to my ebay, and have a vcc and verified bank account attached....i tried to sell something, but i get a limit of 0 items to sell and $0.......

how do i fix and/or prevent this?

its very common. call it and speak to rep. He'll verify a few things and get your account running in about 5 mins

What phone service did you use?

What category and value was the 1st item listed?

Its most likely related to the phone number used in the creation of the account.
And calling in wont solve the problem unless youre able to answer questions regarding the identity of the account holder obtained from info in public databases.
