Third-party authorisations

Hello, could somebody explain to me what are those for and what do they do?
I have got the following ones:

eBay Bulk Listing Management (created 02-May-15) Revoke this authorisation

Ebay (created 16-May-15) Revoke this authorisation

eBay Asynchronous Bulk Relist (created 05-Jul-15) Revoke this authorisation

eBay Business Policies Management (created 02-Aug-15) Revoke this authorisation

eBay Business Policies Management 2 (created 09-Oct-15) Revoke this authorisation

eBay , Inc. (created 29-Oct-15) Revoke this authorisation

eBay , Inc. (created 22-Nov-15) Revoke this authorisation

ebay (created 05-Dec-15) Revoke this authorisation

eBay Marketplace (created 17-Jun-16) Revoke this authorisation

eBay Marketplace (created 17-Jun-16) Revoke this authorisation

PayPal Giving Fund (created 26-Jun-16) Revoke this authorisation

Like the last one 'paypal giving fund' for example. What function does it do? Am I gonna get charged for something here?

Thank you for your clear explanations!

Re: Third-party authorisations

Wow, no answers yet.

Most of them seem obvious: Business policies management related to the various across-the-board shipping cost, returns, and other presets you create that apply to large blocks of your listings. For example, if you have a lot of items that have shipping cost at $2.99 it will create a 'policy' with a code, and you don't have to type it in over and over when you list, you just choose that policy.

I've revoked many of the Ebay authorizations, but they just turn them back on in a few days. Probably some of them are essential to the operation of your account.

I do see things on mine such as "Auctiva", which means I've authorized them to access my account, and probably other people see Inkfrog, or other third party listing tools.

I don't think I'd worry about them too much, though I might double check to be sure I haven't promised to give money to Paypal giving fund unless I want that service.

Thank you for your response!
And what if I revoked them all? Would something happen that affect my selling or listing?
