I am currently using my iphones hotspot feature for il addresses and have a mifi on the way. My question is between the two, how do I switch between IP addresses so I don't lose them.

So you don't lose them? you can't....the Mifi is not Static IP, so once you turn off/turn on your advice you will have changed the IP. If you want a Static IP for each account then you need to find a service that provides that.

on the phone, turn on and off data (couple of seconds to minutes-depending on your hardware), or same with the airplane mode. MiFi, turn off and on. Check IP addresses, dont assume you have a new IP address as sometimes it will get same one or not release old one. Keep track of IP addresses in a spreadsheet. |

OK, i misunderstood your question at first. What i said was so you wouldn't repeat IP's on accounts. Now if you want a static address for each account, then a fresh/static/IP would be the way to go. The question for you to ask yourself to begin though is, Do I need a static address?, or is dynamic OK for my purposes?. |

I may be wrong, but I get the feeling the OP was under the impression they had a Static IP, whilst all this time they were using dynamic IPs. I dont think mobile networks (UK or US) offer static IPs.

Yeah, I thought I could get them back when using, so does this mean, at most I can have 2 active stealth accounts between iPhone tethering and the mifi?

Yes, i have worked with mifi for a good number of years here in the US and i dont believe i have ever seen a static IP on these types of plans. The dynamic feature of them makes them very useful as well s hard to track down to a physical location. If you really want to hide in plain sight as far as internet is concerned these are the way to go. However, i have seen occasion in which a person thinks that they are operating with impunity with these and forget the basic concepts. Like, if i am a legitimate account holder with a carrier its not real hard to figure out who a certain miscreant is. |

A good understanding will prevent/limit you from sacrificing accounts in the learning process. |

Going to purchase the Stealth Book tonight, I have $1300 sitting in a PayPal account and I don't want it getting limited. I also just order $500 basic order from my wholesaler so it would be nice to go ahead and get things up and running.

@easymoney4u....you just should avoid using the same IP across the both accounts - keeping track of them helps avoid that

Spent the evening making 2 excel docs. One for profit, inventory, profit margins, other to keep track of ips and login info, looks like it's costing about $5 just to get started with each account due to the activation fee on the gift cards

Don't you think it's time to withdraw a part of it ?

I pay for my dedicated IPs, eBay fees, or any digital items I might need like app store purchases. I never had issues or am I putting the account at risk?

Always good to keep that sort of business separate
