Trademark violation Pull off listing with 30 days ban
 

Just got hit with a trademark violation and a 30 days ban. First time with a 30 days suspension is a bit too much, 7 days would be acceptable. I know that company is mad now, they pull off 80% of that product listing from eBay. Therefore, I probably won't try to contact them. has anyone tried to appeal this kind of suspension before? and the result? It's a top rate account with excellent selling metric :o. Thanks!

So we can assume you don't have any rights from the company to sell this item on ebay, do you have receipts of purchase of the item in question? All you can do is contact the VERO agent and submit your receipts and pray because we all know it won't really do anything.

Your LUCKY,,,,,MANY Trademark Violations incidents on Ebay result in Indefinite suspensions, so take the 30 day suspension and call it a day,,,,

I think eBay is going easy now. Two of my accounts got hit and the other one is with 7 days suspension.

I was planning to purchase some items from their official web site last month, didn't expect they are cleaning the eBay listings this soon.:coffee:
