Request to increase selling limits on email
 

Hello,
I can't request to have an higher selling limits on call, because I am not fluent speaker and it may raise flags.

I have an account, almost 2 yrs old, excellent selling and feedback. I have been listing and selling to the limits for months, but I haven't received an increase, the limits are 60 items per month.

I have just found that there is an option to request an increase via email. But it says:
"You may be able to increase your limit now by confirming your information or linking your new account to an established account."

I have a stealth acccount, so I'm afraid that they will ask to verify information, which I can't provide.

Has anybody here tried to request an increase via email?
What are your suggestions?

Call them and just answer 2 simple questions. 1. what are you going to list 2. where your products come from.
