Good Ebay account, but what to do about name

Hey guys.

So I decided after losing an account years ago that I wanted to get serious and make a business. So far everything is great. Started a S-Corp. Attached it to the Paypal account and used it for Ebay. I live in a different area now too so every last thing is fresh. Ebay account has been flawless for 5 months. Sales great etc etc.

The only issue is that I put the business name in the real name field on Ebay.

Ive gotten the automatic bumps on listing limits and am now at 600 items / 20k.

However I haven't gotten a bump in over a month despite listing to the limit (all metrics are very good, near Top Rated)

So my concern is that I may have to end up calling to get a bump. Im sure it'll be easy BUT

Without any real name attached to the account, the phone call seems impossible.

How important is the name on the Ebay account? Or what possible solution do I have?

Not sure if using my real name, considering I live in an entirely new area, would work? Friends name?
