I see on google my redirect but looks like its for canada didnt know if you can do this in the us,

From my experience, I think only the sender can reroute the package. I tried to do it once but the package was already delivered to my Mail Box.

anyone know is there a charge to reroute ? can it be rerouted after clearing customs ? my friend went crazy with a gun now on the run .. package is sent to his apartments mail and ONLY he can get it .. dont know if i will ever see him again so be good to reroute this before it gets that far

yes should be able to... just call them. their customer service is good...

yes you can change the address once it is sent, but only the sender can do it, and it costs $15.

ive done it once before, when my forwarding address sent the parcel to my old address instead.

I did this once for DHL in Canada - from a po box to my main address - 5 years back - I was the receiver.

called dhl its 400 if anyone is wondering to reroute :( Good news my friend poped in i had him to leave permission that i can pick it up ,so hoping all is well ..
Yea my friend has alway been dependable the packabge is non branded i would pay him 100 per week to ship the items out for me and i would just fax him the shipping labels . I travel alot and this has worked well .. But when you start talking about kids and their stepdad i understand it would be easy to flip out ,not saying it was the right thing to do

$400 seems completely unreasonable.

Anyway I was going to say you could call DHL and have them hold the package at the delivery center for pickup. That would be free, and would allow your insane friend some time to regain his sanity before picking up the package.

yep its 400 bucks to reroute a pack via dhl glad i didnt have to go that route
