Hi, I am in process of moving, just a thought, what if the new address has already been blacklisted by ebay before, just out of curiosity what would happen if I was to open an account with that blacklisted address?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
There is no such thing as an address blacklist really
eBay understands that people do move addresses so they do account for that
They would only limit the account if the person who lived at the address had been banned from eBay/PayPal and tried to open an account again with all the exact same infomation

99% of eBay members never get suspended so the odds of you moving to residence where that may have happened are greatly in your favor.
And if by the odd 1% chance you were unlucky enough to find yourself in that situation and you made a new account using that address, I think worse case scenario is you may get an account with slightly lower selling limits.
Otherwise, nothing else to worry about.

So you don't need a new address.
I have been running stealth now for about 2 years (7000+ FB & 100%) using an address of a demolished building as I didn't have another address that I could have access to.
I would like another back up account, is it safe to use another name, dob etc & use my own previously banned address?
