competitor bought 3 separate items
 

competitor bought 3 separate items instead of quanity 3 . I looked at feedback and bad feedback after bad feedback for same item . even other sellers leaving feedback this is a competitor only buying to leave bad feedback ..
If i cancel and take the hit i cant complete transaction he can still leave neg ?
no dealing with ppl like this . I am thinking of how to proceed with this i can send him a cancel request buyer asked to cancel but i am sure that wont help either

Just to make sure it's clear are you saying that this person is buying the same item from different people and leaving negative feedback for everyone selling that specific item?

yup every FB left has been neg and for the same item over and over again

You could use that against them if they leave you negative feedback, technically you could contact ebay and show them that they are doing it in order to hurt people's feedback.

I've had that done to me before for an item that was refunded and the buyer left a negative feedback. When I checked his profile he did that to a lot of sellers for little to no reason at all. I called ebay and explained this to them and they actually removed the feedback. So I'd suggest doing everything as best as you could on your part and then contact ebay if he negs you. I'd also record his personal info, shipping info and email. When I'm bored I flood their email inboxes with a couple thousand emails virtually rendering their email accounts useless. But that part's optional :)

Take their shipping address and mail them a glitter bomb (****loads of glitter in an envelope), they are going to have a rough day!

well i sent a cancel request for all 3 orders marked it buyer wants to cancel the buyer accepted all refunds then writes me it wont let me leave fb LOL i kno it was luck
