Default Return shipping

A buyer doesn't like the color of the product, then opens an item does not as described return. Must I pay the shipping fee even the color is as described? If I want to eat a negative feedback instead of the paying the shipping fee, which option should I choose? upload your own label or confirm you already sent a shipping label? Thanks

You really have no options other than calling eBay and pleading your case.

Other than that, you can offer the customer a marginal discount on the item, hoping they accept and keep the sale in tact.

Otherwise just accept the return, keep your feedback is good standing, and move on. It's what you do regarding online sales.

Thank you i changed my mind :D I just don't like the way they abuse not as describe return :/
