What to do with this buyer
 

I got a buyer opening a return request because they are saying they only got one charger when my listing says 10.....he's lying..I sent him 10.
Anyways..I'm assuming the best course of action would be refund him the $ let him keep the item and immediately block them?

Chargers are such a sketch market at times - buyers really know how to take advantage of sellers.

atleast report buyer button so enough sellers do this they will get him off ther and on to a new account

Did you go check your postage slip for this parcel? My ego would demand I double check for an error on my part or assissination of the buyer. :amen:

Check for your own satisfaction, refund, block, and we will await the next thread.

if they were cheap, definitely refund and block and move on. i hate selling multiples of anything for this reason. people always claiming i only send them half the quantity they ordered or that i mixed the order with products they didn't want. all liars since i personally ship my orders.

If it was shipped first class you would know by the weight you paid for postage.

chargers.... just ****ing close the case and ban the seller. Not worth the time.
