ebay accounts new window user question...
 

right now I have all my accounts on a pc with its own window user. But I travel allot and dont want to take my desktop everywhere...can I just put the browser on a hard drive and use it from there? or will it link somehow?

You nesd to use a "portable" browser and duplicate it one for each account you have to keep cookies separated.

There are posting in the forum on how to properly use portable browsers avoiding linking or other users can chime in to give advice.

Are you using VPN or dongle to solve different IP issues among the accounts?

im using portable...i was just wondering if it would link...but according to you guess not...

1. Create a new windows user for each Ebay/PP account
2. Download FireFox portable and put it on drive C, this will be your vanilla Firefox with no cookies.
3. For each new account copy the vanilla firefox from drive C to the desktop of that account, this will make things easier and avoid mixups
4. Save all cookies/passwords when prompted
5. Repeat step 1 for your laptop and then copy the FireFox folder from each desktop to the corresponding user on the laptop.

Get a laptop, they are much easier to travel with than a desktop.:bounce:

Get a cheapy laptop just for trips and such and take that with you.
You can still work with your desktop and when youre away use the laptop and control your home desktop using Teamviewer. That's how I do things and it works quite well.

Hmm maybe I have not used Teamviewer to switch user accounts - is that doable? Switching windows user accounts?

Yes you can switch user accounts when you install Teamviewer as a service.
