prissanna | 07-06-2016 09:39 AM | Return Question I had a customer that ordered the wrong part. She started a return and it was accepted. She and I communicated to get her the correct part. I have gotten the incorrect part back and she got the correct part. We are both happy except that as eBay sees it, she has returned the item and I need to issue a refund. She even called eBay and they said she could not close the case until July 12th (the last day I have to issue the refund). So I am going to be out the money and the part because eBay and their policies. Any suggestions? |
