SHOULD I USE NETELLER for PAYPAL ?

I am now ready and have done all this things what I need to get a new ebay account :

One last qustion :

I have now a new bank account.

Do I need NETELLER ?

BEcause there is no need for a credit card in austria. Only Bankaccount...

I hope that wasnt missunderstood by me

Paypal doesn't like neteller cards, i have had a lot of issues trying to add neteller cards.
I think in Europe Entropay is safer to use with paypal.
