What are my odds of getting this negative removed?
 

Sold an item to a customer..in my description it very clearly states the item will come in an open GENERIC box.

Buyer leaves a negative stating the following:

"I tried to avoid an open box, but this is even is even worse with no box. Cheater!"

....I know for a fact the item was shipped in my generic box.
I'm assuming the buyer was expecting the original retail box...because they are illiterate?

Anyway..what are the odds of getting this neg removed?
It brought my 100% down to 99.3%

I would say 10-20% even though its clearly his fault for not reading the description.

Value of the angst it causes you?

What precludes your selling other items to have the negative drop away?

Probably not very high.....unless a buyer threatens to leave a negative feedback beforehand, ebay does not usually remove negative feedback. Regardless of buyer stupidity.
