stealth account almost over 20k , what should I do?
 

My stealth account almost over 20k sales, what should I do?
Do I need to stop selling , since I don't want to fill tax, because the address and the name is stealth and I don't want to report to irs, because I am sell the high risk item , if I open a new paypal account and add it to this account is it can solve the problem?
please advise.

I think PP only sends you 1099 if you go over 20K AND 200 items in sales..

how many items have you sold and how much worth? have they not asked you for sin/ein yet? if you get close to either limit they will require the ssn/ein.

Do not get close to the limit if you are on stealth since there is no way to verify if they ask.

You should've registered the account with a real corporation and EIN that you own...

If you didn't then yes, you need to stop sales. Getting a 1099 with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information is serious business and will get you in more trouble than an ebay suspension.
