ebay account suspended for 30 days
 

Hi guys

Just had a message from ebay this morning that my account is suspended for 30 days, due to copyright issue-unauthorised item,

I sell a range of items across my account...really have no item why this has happened as ive sent all my invoices etc into them and passed without any problems.

Does any1 have any experience with this? Are the ebay bots just randomly targeting people? Ive 1000+ feedback sitting at 99.9%

Have you had previous 7 day suspensions?

After the 30 day suspension if you get another strike then chances are they will totally suspend you

Whats the chances of avoiding this? Ive sent them in invoices etc would it be better to leave this account for a few months?

Bots can takedown but also people might have reported you

First thing to know is have you had the 7 day suspension in the past?

If you want to make sure you totally avoid the possibility of it happening again then you cannot sell that same brand or type of item again on this account.

No ive not had the 7 day ban for this account. Seems alot of rival sellers are just reporting listings now because they are so greedy.

You would really be best to not sell that sort of item and brand again then if you want to avoid putting your account at risk long term

Do you think competitors might have reported you?

If you do, then be careful of never recovering from this suspension.

I honestly believe that they have reported the listing. But i suppose ill never know seeing as ebay wont give any of this information out

In that case, follow what James' strongly recommended... Avoid that item like poison.

Even consider finding other items and sell them.
