eBay decides case in my favor but buyer opens case in paypal
 

Hey guys so a buyer opened a case in Ebay saying the item was never delivered and the tracking shows it was I asked Ebay to step in and they decided in my favor, but now buyer opens a claim in PayPal, what should I do now? Will PayPal side with me, has anyone had this happen before

You just have to go through it all again with PayPal

If eBay sided with you, so should PayPal (in theory!) but that doesn't mean that they always will

What has the case in PayPal been opened for? Non delivery or something else?

If you have the tracking, just rinse and repeat with PP. Annoying, sure, but if you have evidence to back yourself up with, just run with it.

He changed his reason at first on ebay he said that the item never arrived and now on paypal the case he has open is for saying item not as described.
