everytime the 'Higher' reps and appeals dept are always US reps(on eb.com.. not uk or eu)

No, I don't hate my life that much yet, I'm sure if one day I have hit rock bottom....take up drinking, start taking drugs, at the brink of suicide...maybe I would consider applying for a job at eBay.

ALL usa reps are sellers to a certain degree. To my understanding it is a requirement.
It must be so easy for those guys to break all the rules,sell all kinds of ph@kes and get away with it.... all the while shut down honest sellers for no valid reason.

They would not sell phakes as that is silly, you're working for them, they could not only sack you but also report you to the authorities.
But in terms of day to day issues like neg ratings and low dsr, im sure they make sure these are kept perfectly mint.

and if you have a full time job working for say, ebay, your selling is pretty limited..... It is a requirement so that they understand how everything works and can help sellers better.
