No address on usps
 

So I sold an item and buyer is claiming he never received it. Used USPS. I checked the USPS site for proof of delivery. It was signed for but the address box is blank. How will this affect my case? Usually when you do proof of delivery it has the signature and the address in the box. Really seems like there is no way to know where the package went. The USPS was very unhelpful and ebay is just saying they are looking into it.

USPS should have a zip code listed that it was delivered.

If not listed online you can request the information from USPS to show proof of address delivery / signature if you got it. They will email you a PDF of the proof of delivery

Yeah the zipcode is listed. I have done the show proof of address delivery. It has nothing in the signature of recipient and it has nothing in the address of recipient.
