What do you think about this buyer return request?
 

A buyer bought my name brand item 2 months ago and has probably worn it every day since and now says it doesn't match the description and wants a return? To top it off he bought another yesterday and said he did it accidently and I had to cancel the sale last night. Sheesh!

Why are you asking us? I don't know if they want to return, lol.

Sounds like fairly typical return case for any clothing-category seller.

They are out of time to open a case so I would politely tell them no.

I know a woman who does this, not just online, but also locally. She always wants to be seen wearing something new. So, she goes to a retail store, picks out a nice dress, wears it to the party or whatever function and then returns it. She even bought a device that puts those plastic strings into clothing, the ones that hold the price tag.

Her and hubby earn a lot of money selling on eBay and Amazon, yet they receive food stamps. They somehow managed to avoid paying their mortgage for six years. And they are always complaining about how minorities work the system to get free stuff. They complain about the takers, but they are the biggest takers I know.

The person you are dealing with is a professional scumbag. If they can no longer hurt you by leaving bad feedback or filing a claim, I would tell them to get stuffed. If they CAN hurt you in some way, then I say refund and move on. Don't let this professional scumbag become a huge time sink on you and your business operations.
