What is your sell through rate? 30/60/90?
 

Curious how my sell through rate compares to others. I'm good at picking sure things... And have a nearly 100% sell through as follows... If I have 100 items, half sell the first month. The next month, another half (25) would sell... And the last 25 typically sell within the last 90 days. I think this is pretty good but I'm trying to get more sold the first 30.

I have found watching my own items almost always increases the sales... As they think someone else is looking to buy if they don't pull the trigger. What other tricks do you use, other than the obvious pricing competitively, etc?

I can usually 5x my sales by running volumes of auctions. Not every item is auction worthy.

Similar to yankee I have increased my sales by 100% running .99 auctions... shipping profits lye hidden in the shipping charges.....This may be an old trick but works... This also works with fixed price promotions buy 2 get one free..
