When does 30 day limitation of an item end?
 

Selling an item, eBay slaps a 30 day restriction for this item. Does anyone know when I can start selling again? Is it 30 days when I list the item? Or is it 30 days after the listing ends? If the later, that's like 35 days.

If you have had a 30 day selling restriction on your ebay account it starts from day you received the email from ebay.

Depending on why the selling restriction was given (eg trademark infringement) you may have to take a tutorial before you are allowed to sell again.

Edit: Just realised you maybe referring to category restrictions?

Oh no, I didn't mean that. Sorry, I was unclear. I meant that you can only list this one item every 30 days. When does the 30th day start? I wouldn't get an email, just a message when I try to relist saying you have to wait 30 days.

So you were unable to list one on the 31st day after listing the last one automatically?

I was able to, just I always make it the "35th" day from the day I start to list rather than 30 days. It takes awhile to figure out which was which, because well, it takes a month to figure it out.
