Do I still need to honor this buyers return request
 

Buyer purchased an item which I described accurately and they failed to read...so they requested a return and put a negative feedback.
The buyer then asked for a discount of about $100 dollars in exchange to keep the item.
I called ebay and they removed the negative since the buyer is asking for value in return to feedback extortion.
My question is do I still have to honor his return request...I reported the buyer as well since the have a history of leaving negs for various sellers selling the same type of items.

I would assume I still have to honor the buyers return request..unfortunately all I will probably get back is a damaged item or better yet nothing at all.

I guess if the reason for the return selected was defective item, you would have to accept the return.
If you accept returns then you will have to take it back then.

#2 us correct, you have to accept the return. If the buyer returns nothing, dont drop it or say is a business loss. Fight hard for it, file a police report on the return item if they return nothing. The police wont do nothing but its the idea of a police report.

Give ebay the police report and they will handle it from there, I am sure they might eat up the loss and give you and the buyer their money back, but you get money from someone for the item.

I'm familiar with it..but as far I know ebay only covers you for stuff like this one time
