ebay buyer is trying to scam me big time HELPP!! Please

Hey how is it going, i need help this buyer is trying to scam me from ebay, he bought shoes from me and claimed that he never received them although the tracking showed it was delivered, he open a case on ebay and the case was closed in my favor, than he opened a claim on paypal saying the item was not as described, and paypal closed the case in my favor, now he is trying to make a charge back with his card issuer and paypal has informed me and told me to submit additional information so they can help dispute this charge back, what additional info should I say to paypal???? help please and thank you

I would tell them and show them exactly what you are telling us. I am sorry, it sucks there are so many scammers out there.

I had the same thing happen to me recently. All you should have to do is upload the tracking # showing that it was delivered. You also should block the buyer on ebay.

Take screenshots of Ebay's and Paypal's decision in your favor and the tracking number. Hopefully, that should do it.

Credit card companies could not care less about what ebay and paypal said but they do care about the tracking number being traceable online an if the item is over $250.00 that a signature was attained.

I think over $250 is old news. It's been over $750 for signature confirmation.

Still $250? Ok I stand corrected then. Best to always do it over $250 then

Ebay and Paypal are $750.00 but credit card chargbacks are still $250.00 It seems chargbacks are somewhat old news for paypal compared to a couple years ago so I follow the ebay/paypal policy because many of my buyers are in rural USA and signature is a PITA for them so items come back. If I was selling electronics or phones etc...$250.00 would get a signature for sure.
