Monthly allowance/paypal question
 

hi, new to the stealth thing but have a good idea what im doing but need abit of advice regarding the issue below.

set up business seller account on ebay, linked it to my new paypal, listed an item, was suspended an hour later for security concerns(ebay business account was suspended after an hour). im assuming this happens to all new sellers as i have read of it.

now i wasn't bothered about the business account too much i just logged into my personal account which was set up 3 months ago but is not linked to any paypal and just recieved payments to the same paypal on the personal ebay account, i have had no problems so far.

im approaching my monthly allowance limit and would like it increased, what do you suggest to do? link the paypal to the same email i used on my business account and request a higher allowance, go through live chat? or just wait for it to go up itself(how long does this take!!!?)

please help me and thank you.

Its generally best to wait around a month before listing any items.

What item did you try to sell?

To get a limit increase the best thing to do is hit your selling limits each month. They will then get raised automatically after a month or 2

You can try it through chat but you can then also be asked for invoices and ID.

the personal account is 3 months old was made at the start of may. i am trying vero items i know i know lol.

i got my other accounts limited raised through chat but ive been reading bad stories of the chat going in other directions etc etc....

if i max out my listing this month when its a new month will it automatically go up or could it still be the same? is it definitely after the second month.
sorry about loads of questions.

It could be the same or it could go up. Its a bit of a guessing game sometimes. Early in the life of an account limit increase tend to come pretty fast though
