Buyer trys to take me down.
 

Hey there
I have 1500+ Feedback account, 99.3 Feedback, Top Rated Plus.

There is some Greek person, Bought about 6 of my items, with 3 diffrent account (All diffrent names, Same address).
21 days after purchase he opened 6 cases against me for Undelivered item.
Tracking information shows item is delivered, Though - It doesnt show speicificly where it arrived to as it does on US addresses.

First, offcourse ive excuded all greek customers from my shop.
Second, Ive contacted eBay telling them exactly what i told here + Sending them copies of my Shipping labels showing the correct addresses, Been answered by eBay that they cannot give me information about Buyers (Wtf?)
Third,am i in danger for getting big ammount of Cases opened against me short time?

*Would be easier to call in, Though im stealth and not very good with this rubbish :)
What do you think guys?

Personally I would call in for this type of situation.

Or alternatively, if they were smaller orders, I would refund, block all the accounts, and move on.

Without knowing you exact metrics it's hard to tell if this could potentially kill your account. As long as the cases don't close with seller resolution, they won't count against you.

Play it safe.

If it's small amounts, refund them and block the accounts.

Since you are running stealth, you might not want to open closed doors for a few bucks.

Also, it's never too late to spread sales over a few stealth accounts.

I suggest to call and clearly explain all this situation.
They will most likely limit buyer account and it hopefully it will be good lesson for this Greek.

Yeah its about 30$ for each item,
So i guess i better just Refund and Block than cry later on for not doing it before
