ebay message redirect
 

Hi,

Just logged in to my ebay.co.uk account and checked my messages. I had one message when i clicked on to it, it keeps taking me to ebay sign in page. I signed in using the correct account info, then it took me to ebay.au with the greeting G'day instead of Hi. Anything to worry about? Thanks. :confused:

Happening all over eBay at the moment

For me this is happening on most of my accounts and has been for about 3 days. Its very annoying. I just click the back icon on the browser and click again and it goes to where it should go to.

If your trying to view or respond to the message, use your email provider to do it. So login to your email and respond from there. That should be a simple workaround until they resolve the issue.

I can confirm that it's a glitch and happening on ebay.fr as well.

OP - this has always happened to me on USA Ebay. It seems to be normal and not a glitch on our side of the pond. Anytime I respond to a message which was sent by a member on a foreign Ebay site, I'm asked by that foreign ebay site to sign in afterwards. I usually just x out and go back to ebay.com in another tab.

Was happening to me G'day being the Aussie version, them French, German, Chinese, now it SEEMS to have gone away and back to normal, whatever normal is with eBay!
