Unofficial EBAY stealh App. for Android !!??
 

Is anyone inteerested into APP which would be something like Stealth Ebay app for managing and mostly responding to multiple ebay messages for android !

The app would have ability to be connected to various stealth acc at once .. (or partially) dephend upon user !?

End result .. no need to use laptop each time for loging in to your various stealth and (mostly) replying on questions and what not !

It would be time saver !

Nobody is interested in having third party platform store peoples accounts which are highly valuable when we already have the first source; eBay.com and eBay original app. This just adds an additional risk and us relying on your app. I'd also consider removing this post as your soliciting a job offer.

You can develop the app and see the interest but I don't like to use anything that CONNECTS my accounts - just my opinion.

I never used ebay app on my smartphone. It is call for trouble.
But having one wich could manage multiple stealths .. it would be nice .

If nothing .. to be able just to response to people via ebay messages ! ..why not !?

Some sort of sanbox app. for different accounts which connects to ebay over .. I dont know Firefox mobile .. and using predefined VPN,proxy whatever ...

Just you do not have ro open laptop/PC and each time logout/login to different users in Windows just to answer some stupid question sent via ebay buyer !?

1 - I think it won't work
2 - you will have very hard time to find people to test it
3 - If you make something that works, you will have very hard times to find people to trust you

The problem is going to be, "How does this App connect to all my accounts?" Without linking them, VPN? Proxie? I'd test it with some of my 5/$500 accounts but not my established accounts. Also, does this app collect my login/pass? If so....I would not trust it.

It sounds like a decent idea but it would be extremely hard to figure out. I use my main stealth account on the ebay app, I bought a brand new crappy Android phone for about £20, then got a sim only contract for £5pm, I only use the mobile data on it and it works a dream if I need to sort some stuff out when I'm nowhere near a computer.

We dont need an app to respond to messages. We can do that right from direct email.

What is the risk !? Selling on ebay with stealth is already risk by default ... and requires a tons of mumbo jumbo !

If that app already exists and you need to pay some like 5-10$ fee to use it .. I would benefit largley from it !

How can you respond directly from mail if message is received on ebay !? And in 99% questions are sent that way.

Do I need to mention how some of the customers if they run on problem upon product, expects for seller to respond on their messages like in a hour or so .. if not they easily leave negative feedback !

And retarded ebay deactivated option for sellers to leave negative feedback upon buyers !

I think I saw this app (or some sort of it ..) being advertised in here or somewhere else few years back.... there were some screen capture of it .. and looked like excel sheets etc .. If I can remember correctly !

Crappy VCCs ... VBAs ... (oh yes it all work untill one day .. it does not) ... socks,VPNs ... All kind of "strategies" for unseen red flags and bans and what not ...

In general you need to disguise as someone else because ebay unfair segregation policies ... and it requires mumbo jumbo things !

Not sure how you set yourself up for business, if it required "mumbo jumbo" that stops working one day. Before you start thinking about a rather difficult and complex apps, perhaps try to improve punctuation game?

What?

You use your email app and click "REPLY" or log into your email and click "reply" just like any other email. No need to log into ebay to answer questions.

OP - I think your unique selling point was respond to emails from within the app. You can already do this from your email app on your mobile phone.

You don't click the reply link from ebay within the email, found in a yellow box.

You click the reply button for the e-mail. You know, just like when a friend sends you a funny meme like...

You are very confused.......This thread has just proven useless in anyway because you do not understand this stuff.

When you learn how to use ebay messages and email, maybe come back as an educated user and offer some incite. Until then we could never trust anything you say.

It is time consuming and more or less complicated for a trader to start as stealth on ebay, it requires mumbo jumbo ...

It is called: gmail or Thunderbird and it allows you to reply to ebay messages via direct email.

I do not get it ... How this going to hide my real IP from ebay server side (when it is sent to MEMBERNAMEsomecrap@members.ebay.com) !?!?

Most email providers today do not show your IP at all. Lets take gmail USA. ALL emails from gmail will show GMAIL IP in California.

or you can use Thunderbird and it will mask all IPs from all email providers.

Many of us just use the gmail app on a phone or tablet. They can handle 50 unique email addresses per app.

But aint your IP located in all email headers being sent (IP the user accesing email , in this case gmail box/service)!?
That is the "standard" email communication protocol, and it is up to server side (script) to "decide" if it is going to pick that info or not !?

But if this somehow is correct what you say, that gmail is not picking users IP and puting them in header but just puting their IP of their server in California. Then any third party multiple email handler would suffice on phone !!? or not !?

Gmail is best IMO at the moment.

Your ip will show in header but it does not matter. Only the sending IP. So most but not all email providers today have stepped up to gmail for security and host images and IP.

Oh great. I was not ware of this. If this is true then all this story in first place (about app) is not needed.

So it is like this:

If you have gmail emails for multiple stealth accounts, you can reply via email on ebay messages arrived in your gmail inbox. You can have multiple gmail accounts, answere from same IP, it is safe because gmail do not sent your IP in emails being replied from they server !!?
So therfore this is safe !?

That is correct!

What you can not do is forward all emails to one master email. This will cause a problem and ebay will ask you to log into the correct account.

You must just add the emails to your app or open each address on your browser. Just click reply as normal and all is well in the world.

Great then. I was not aware of this. Each time I would reply via by first login in ebay. Then it is case closed !

Well now Im worried. I use the gmail app and just add all the emails from my ebay accounts, block pictures , and respond to buyers whenever i get a message. Been doing this for 3-4 months now. Is this a bad idea?
