| | | Onion | 08-12-2016 04:13 PM | Paying my niece to ship my packages, is this a fair wage? I'm going to Europe for three months, I'm thinking about paying my niece to ship out my packages so I don't have to close down my stores. Do you think $1.50 per a package would be a fair wage or am I overpaying? I sell anywhere from 400-700 items a week, so she will be making roughly $600-$1050 weekly.
90% of my sales come from my real Amazon store, the remaining 10% are from stealth accounts. Do you think it would be a bad idea to let her onto my stealth accounts? |

This fee also includes storage and inventory control. |

I pay my wife and her friend $1k each per month under the table to fill around 1500 small orders weekly. I pay the majority of the bills so I can understand my wife working for this wage, but I have no idea why the other girl works 6 days per week for $250 per week...
I think your wage is more than fair. But I guess that also depends on what type of orders she will be filling.
Personally, I have yet to trust anyone to run any of my accounts. |

It's a pretty easy job. For them at least.. |

Re: Paying my niece to ship my packages, is this a fair wage? I would happily work for you if you pay my flight to America plus expenses ;)
Watch out your niece doesn't outsource to someone for $0.50 per item :) |

All joking aside, I'm actually on the market for a web designer. I just need a simple easy to navigate desktop/mobile website created for my landscaping business, nothing fancy. If you guys know of any reputable designers, please send me a PM. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 10:12 AM. | |
