How long to wait

Hi, I have an American eBay account for about 3 months now but I want to change my location on it to Australia how long should I wait and also what else do I need to do?

because its all set up and money is clearing right away also have feedback and postage to america is killing me lol.

Are you withdrawing to a Bank or doing the old PayPal to PayPal transfer?

Doesn't take long for a new stealth account to start clearing money right away, just ship out your items as soon as you can...and if you make a business PP acct. the hold will clear even faster. One of my new stealth business accounts started clearing money right away about 2 weeks into it.
