How to be Ready for Ebay Document Submition?

Does eBay only request to see "documents" if you've done something wrong while creating and using a stealth account?

If so, does that mean the account is toasted and you need to start fresh again? Because how are you suppose to provide documentation of proof of address, identity, etc., if all that info was in essence "made up" during the account creation process?

Yes and Yes... You must of created your stealth with info that was already used or no good..or the IP address has been abused!

I actually haven't created one yet. I will be today but was just doing my homework as I don't want to run into any problems!
