You can reduce the holds by adding tracking details

There is no way on a UK PayPal to bypass the holds totally though

Some countries like the UAE have no 21 day holds but they are 100% not worth the trouble. 99% of accounts end up getting limited.

It is Possible on some countries, but depends on a few variables !

With tracking in USA, sometimes PayPal will reduce from 21 to 14 days, but for most part, there's no way around the holds until you show you're not a scammer

Currently got 21 day holds on my items on one account due to increase in sales, and adding tracking numbers definately reduces the time having to wait over here in UK.

I have a new account, only half of money get pending. And I don't know why. And another one I buy from this forum don't have pending at all.
