Bypass selling limit by making an extra ebay/paypal with roommate's card/details?
 

I'm planning on making a stealth ebay+paypal account with the credit card/details of my roommate.

This means that the address on both the new ebay and paypal would be the same, as well as the IP address, but different names/phone numbers/card/paypal/ebay accounts.

This is just a temporary solution to selling a few extra items as I hit the limit on my own account (never suspended or anything). Would it work? Or does it actually need to be a different address + IP?

I mean it would make no sense for it not to work because what about ebayers who are roomates and thus share address/IP? They are forced to share selling limits too?

It possible your account won't be suspended but they will connect the account. If they do suspend one they would suspend them both.

Not a good idea.
The accounts will immediately be linked by all the common elements you mentioned and as soon as ebay suspects that youre trying to circumvent their policies bth accounts will be suspended - meaning your friend's info will be blacklisted as well and he will never be able to have an account on his name in the future.
Not worth it. Just go true stealth.
