eBay Account Gift Card Limit

Apologies if this should have been placed in a different sub-forum.

I understand that eBay gift cards are now tied to the users eBay account (as of March this year) and not the users Paypal, but if I've exhausted the gift card limit on one eBay account for a certain period, but create another eBay account in my name, and link my existing Paypal to the new one and attempt to use a gift card, will it still restrict me?

I know you need a Paypal account linked to your eBay account to use a gift card (whether you require additional funds to complete your purchase or not).

You're saying linking multiple ebay accounts to 1 paypal account?

That's usually fine as long as the information matches, you can have several ebay accounts linked to 1 paypal account. You can't have multiple paypal accounts linked to 1 ebay account

I have one my real account and one my moms real account which the country is Turkey. In June they closed closed because of some reasons. She has PP and nice 10 feedback active eBay. Because of the situation l couldnt pay the eBay fees. Is it ok if l link her eBay account to my PayPal? I had one more for my girlfriend and l send every month 2000-3000$ to my normal account and 2 months ago they closed the account permanently. Funds can be withdraw but l am still waiting. On eBay that account is 350+ Top Rated Seller. I need some advice. Thanks
