Buyer suspended before getting to pay - Monthly selling limit affected by $500
 

I was sleeping during all of this, just woke up to 3 emails from eBay...

So the buyer didn't pay... they just hit Buy It Now, requested an invoice/total from me, then there was a third e-mail from eBay saying "eBay listings removed - unauthorized user of buyer or bidder account"... I went to sign in and the user was immediately suspended from eBay (2 feedback, old account, not a brand new one).

My reaction was basically "whatever", I'll just re-list it...

But then I noticed this affected my selling limits TWICE. Stupid! It was a $500 item that I JUST posted last night at 11:30pm.

Is there any way I can reverse the hit this took on my monthly selling limit?

Honestly without shaking the bees nest I would avoid calling. List it on a different account and wait for this one to re-set at end of month...

LOL. So I just got an e-mail from eBay and they boosted my selling limits from 90/$4,000 to 270/$12,000 per month out of nowhere!

I didn't even call them or request for higher limits.

Only remaining issue is trying to recoup the final value fee they charged.. But the resolution center hasn't been working for the last 2 days (More Actions > Resolve Problem > I sold an item and haven't received a payment yet)

actually I have done calling to them and they adjusted my selling limit by the amount that was taken in an unfair way
