how do i start off with high initial selling limits?
 

my first stealth from a year ago started 1000 items/$10,000

made two just in the past week, both with garbage 10 items/$1000

First one I added a card to ebay no paypal link.
Second one I added paypal (with confirmed card no bank) to ebay.

Not sure why the first one a year ago had good starting limits. Need another stealth to list everything, what can I do to ensure I get better than the 10 items/$1000 start limit?

10 item limits are pretty standard.

There are a lot of threads about that hint at how to get higher limits, but I am afraid no one is going to spell it out. You need to put in a few hours for a few days and read some of the older threads here and then experiment to see what works and what doesn't

No one will tell you exactly how to do it. You need to experiment with different ways.

My two cents.

I created a few eBay/PayPal pairs, but it took too much time that for me, it was easier just to buy from the professionals.

But when I DID create accounts, most of the time, they would give me the standard 5/500 or 10/1000 limits. But a few times, out of nothing of my doing, I would get a 1000/$25,000 one.

I have no idea how the professional sellers create these high limit accounts, but all i know is sometimes eBay just randomly gives it to you.

To your point, there is no 100% sure fire method to get the highest limits every single time. But there are things you can do to ensure a greater chance of getting higher limits, which have been discussed many, many, times before.
