Listing page views from outside of ebay have DROPPED for me. Anyone else?
 

I asked ebay about it, and they keep giving me excuses. CLEARLY something is happening. Something is wrong. I don't know if it's something I'm doing wrong, or something ebay messed up.

I honestly can't believe no one else cares about this. At least do me the favor of looking it up, so that I can at least see if it's just me.

listing views from outside ebay used to be 1/4 of my total views!! Not it's nothing.

It's the ebay seller hub. You have to opt into it for now.

Maybe, but if not a single person actually bothers to look into their traffic and confirm it, I guess we will never know. And that's all I'm asking for. For someone to take the 20 seconds of their day, to actually help a forum member out, so I can stop going crazy.

I have many EU (Non UK) accounts, If you can tell me where I can see this traffic stats (if possible on EU accounts) I would be happy to help you out !

After doing some research, Unfortunately I found out that it's not available for EU countries :(

Before you give up tho. the seller hub hasn't technically launched. You can opt in for early access. So maybe it's the same in the EU?

For the moment even opt in is not possible yet. (For EU - Non UK - like France, Germany...)

I always see that medsage pop up telling me to opt in but I click not now. Didnt take the time to see exactly what the seller hub was. Maybe next time I log in, I will accept it and see what mine says

Thanks. please let me know. I'd appreciate it. I'm just stunned. I'm at a lack of proper words. How many 100's of forum members? I've asked a simple bit of help from the members, and the only people that have tried to help are our international guys. My sales are dying, and all I want to know, is if I'm being directly targeted, or if others are going through this same thing.

Someone messaged me on ebay. I posted this on the discussion board. They said they were afraid to post, so they sent me a message.

Their problem started on the 18th as well. This is a big problem guys.

Relativity. I've been listing a lot, and doing a lot of other changes to compensate for all this. So it's really hard to judge. They've increased a little due to my hard work, but no where near where they would have normally.

On a few accounts my graphs look the same where outside traffic is half to the 25 mark. But its only a graphic to me, sales have been doing well and up, nothing has changed except the lines on the graph

It could be the information is wrong, i never put my whole trust in eBay and Paypal for anything, im not starting here with these charts and graphs. I just worry about sales

We just only passed the summer period where sales tend to be very quite across the board (at least for us in the UK), so I would assume they will pick up again soon, with the holiday period approaching.

If it doesn't I would just assume the graph is glitchy. Wouldn't be a suprise to me since ebay and paypal are renowned for it now.

Well, my sales are down. They were going up and up, then bam, went down maybe 25%, and that's with me trying even harder.

Coincidentally, 3 people experience a 75% drop in the same type of views on the same exact day? No.

It could be just a coincidence that your sales are little down right now , is what they may of meant, it could be for many other reasons. So far it doesnt seem that a lot of members are being effected by drops in traffic, it may just be a glitch and the data is not even correc t

found on ebay website in seller hub discussion :

"We recently improved the way we calculate traffic and page views. We now count eBay app views as traffic from within eBay instead of traffic from outside of eBay. Also, when a buyer clicks See other items on your listing page, we now consider those impressions as coming from search.

There are a few answers since you said the 18th. Normal reviews they say is.on the 20th but have seen on the 18th mails from ebay about it. Did you became below standard? More cases and/or messages?
Than there is the fact that ebay only cares about their own profits. So who pays in ads nowadays will have more sales. Since june is that new add feature available.. anywas how many products do you have listed? More important what do you sell. If you need any help give me a pm
