Hi,

ebay fee unable to process request
ebay Global Error Page,

vcc Entropay, bin 4067.. or bin 4590..
What should I do to pass this step?

ebay account blocked, and removed the card on file.
He asked to call, and enter the pin.
I've done it already
I make fresh Entropay vcc, and this error

you can contact a vcc seller on the forum and see if they can deliver you a preloaded vcc that can work with paying eBay fees.

I believe someone could help you out there.

@OP have you fixed that problem? I have a similar situation, but I think that Entropay simply don't work for russian PayPal and Ebay. Or am I wrong?
