Time management for full time eBayers

Hi all,

I haven't start a thread here for a while so today I want to ask all of you this question about time management. For those who are making a full time income and a living on eBay with multiple accounts, how many hours do you work per day and how many staff do you need to hire? I'm making an income slightly better than a job but I discover that I spend tremendous time on listing new products and managing the store. I'm planning to expand business to my own website and I'm just wondering how every one get a hang of all those work that includes from finding products to sell, listing and store management, to packing items and going to the post office. My eyes sometime s get very tired just using the computer for a long time. I really need suggestions and ideas on how to save time and make more out of my business.

*FYI- I currently run 1 fashion store on "store*ny" and 2 eBay stores that have a selling limit of 3,000USD and 5086USD.

You could try hire a "Virtual Assistant" at Upwork.com and outsource a lot of your time consuming and repetitive daily tasks.

I know there are automation software out there. But instagram doesn't allow you to use it. And there's no automation program on some platforms, so I'd have to enter product descriptions manually at the end.

I take all my pictures at once for all my items. then edit them all. then write descriptions in google docs. then list. like a production line. way faster than doing each one start to finish. I print all my labels same time everyday and go to post office twice a day at the same times every day. I find it helpful to set a scheduled of what I'll do what day like sourcing new inventory, repackaging my inventory, taking pics, editing, writing, or listing. I've been to camp fed a couple times so I'm good with following a schedule. I'm like White Rose on Mr. Robot when it comes to time management.
