How to know who opened package?
 

Received package from china. Everything is delivered, the customs was passed real quick as usual. The package is very small. Was an envelope with product inside a plastic DHL bag of flat envelope size. When received it was clearly opened (both the plastic bag and envelope which enclosed the product).
So how do you know which side opened it (china vs usa)? I saw before on forum guys say when customs openes they put green tape or something like that.
In my case the outter plastic bag was wrapped back with clear tape, the inner envelope was not even taped.
So what are the signs of usa customs? Or it could be opened in china to check what is sxported?

I would ask DHL. They should have a good idea
