Connecting ebay stealth account to real authorize.net merch acct safe???

When you connect your 'real' merchant account to your stealth ebay account... Does ebay receive your account info? (Nane and address on merchant account)

Or do they honestly only use the merch account info to deposit funds without questioning or requesting and documents? Anyone have experience with this recently?... Most posts about this are outdated... Any inlut would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

hmmm... 2 forum posts with different merchant account questions and no responses from anyone... including seasoned admin pros...

I'm beginning to think that there is something about my original post that no one wants to have exposed on here??? if anyone has any knowledge about what ebay sees behind the scenes for merchant accounts (not paypal)... please private message me. thanks in advance!

OR.....not everyone has an answer for your question....If you can't wait for an answer...you could test it out and see what happens, you know, like what most of us have done when no one has a definite answer.

Nobody wants to share their secrets with you.. as they all had to learn from experience and most will consider you a possible competitor. watch out for misleading info there is a lot of it out there.

the reason is they cant sell you any more paypal accounts if you use a merchant account because paypal cant screw you and limit you anymore. so people here will tell you your sales will plummet due to a merchant account which is more false info.
