what info should i have

i am about to start a new ebay account after suspension and i am going buy the stealth guide step 1234 so on. I have my internet provider tech team of which i am a member to do all technical aspects. like gettind a new user account, email address, etc, should i have gotten that info already in order to expedite matters more easier?....thanks

I would recommend you thoroughly read through the stealth guide before creating the account. The book discusses this and will provide you with all the information necessary to create a successful stealth account.

Besides having new IP, new User account and email you will need:

- New Address.
- New Mobile Phone Number.
- New Credit Card (VCC) to verify PayPal.
- New Bank Account (to withdraw your funds from PayPal).

Then you may Create your stealth Account, build some browsing history then start listing slowly, and make some profit :d
