Hello.
Firstly, thank you for reading this post.

I am looking to sell very high risk items, with 1/10 being returned. I am only looking to do 10 transactions per ebay and paypal account, Is this something I can do?

Each transaction is for about £1,000 per item sold.
So in essence, I need to clear about £11k on each account without incurring any problems forthwith.
Would I be better served listing one item each day for 10 days = to 10 items ?

What account is best step for me?

Any other information which you could provide which may help me with my endeavours would be duly appreciated.

That just isn't going to work. Not unless you have a very very strong account

Need to really rethink the plan. I do like the username though

This requires old account with solid selling history.

You can never guarantee

11k in 10 days with no issues on new accounts? Very unlikely!

You would need an established account to move money like that freely.

Sounds sketchy in my opinion. But why don't you sell one item each on 11 different accounts...
