Listing removed.... VeRO
 

Hello,

Just wanting advice really... i was selling an item on eBay it was removed by the rights owner as they're not happy with the pictures used believed the item to be counterfeit.

I contacted them directly they asked me so send them photos of the item with eBay name attached - i did that.

They never contacted me since... been over a month now ( i know because my account was suspend for this too!) Contacted eBay they can't help either.....
I mean where do i stand? The company that removed my listing are working on behalf of the of the item i was selling... so i even contacted the company of which product i was selling with photos explaining the situation... no reply.

It just seems like they remove these listings because they don't want there item on eBay and never contact you back. So frustrating.

You can either try to contact them again or just move onto selling another item

Without their permission to sell the item in questions then it would get removed again as soon as you tried to relist it

If I were you I'd move on and try to find other profitable item(s). Unless the product in question has "unique" benefits that can't be found in other products!

I would move on.

If they don't want it sold theres nothing you can do. Some companies just don't want their items sold on ebay.
