Guys help me out to solve a credit card checkout issue :)
 

Hi, i've got a question, hope someone will help me with this.

I'm selling computer hardware from my US Ebay accounts and mostly get paid by credit card.

I've got several Ebay stealth accounts and from time to time get scammed with stolen credit cards, but mostly the scammers don't pay, just checkout with the credit card and i get an unpaid item, sometimes they try to do that many times in a row and i loose much of my selling allowance on new accounts, that pisses me off.

The question is that i have one account that doesn't leave unpaid items if the payment didn't go though a credit card, i tried to buy one cheap item with my prepaid card. I bought this account from a guy a time ago, but can't get in touch with him, his skype is offline for a while.

Maybe someone can tell me how to this option turn on, so if the credit card payment didn't go though i will not get an unpaid item.
