Ip address on a vodafone dongle

I have a new voda dongle, all is working fine. however, my ip address does not seem to be changing when i disconnect from the device of unplug it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sound like it is a static IP.

The best providers in my experience are 3 and O2. They have fast connections and both have massive IP pools.

Would it be better to use a static ip for each account i.e will it look more legit to login with the same ip per account ?

It doesnt really make a huge difference. If the dongle's IP is static then it can only be used with one account only. If it is dynamic then you can use it on multiple accounts, assuming you log and keep track of IPs used.
