Does eBay Have Their Own Inspectors?

I had recently sold an item on eBay and the buyer's address started with "eBay International AG". Could this buyer be an eBay inspector or something?

Doubt it, they would be far more cloak and dagger. Prob just an employee buying something.

If your stuff isn't legit and you're really worried, go out and buy a genuine one and ship that to them.

For what it's worth, I've shipped to USA Ebay twice without any problems. I don't know if they needed what I sell or if they were just checking out my products.
