eBay account restricted
 

Hi. My seller performance went down recently and as a result eBay have stopped me from selling anything with the following note:

"We want to let you know that you haven’t met the minimum requirements to sell on eBay and your seller level is Below Standard in the UK and Global programmes. As such, you won't be able to list and sell items on eBay anymore."

Help please, how do I remove this restriction?

I received one of those (I'm USA-based) and I haven't been able to sell on that eBay account since. My low seller performance was due to delivery times which occurred when I had a spike in sales that wasn't expected, so everybody got delayed 1-2 days even though I had specified a 1-business day turnaround

You can try giving them a call but dont hold your breath. Sounds like the account's selling privileges are gone for good and will not be given back.
Time to get the stealth guide and learn how to operate some stealth accounts.

If you ever run into this problem, upgrade everyone to faster shipping for free. If the item arrives on or ahead of the original delivery date the late shipping will get removed. Done it many times in a pinch... Just a heads up!

Sounds like you need to create a stealth account now.

I had an account come back to life after a year when all of the bad feedback fell off. Don't loose the login.
