i make the new user on the name of my sister.. but her last name like mine.and i saw in the ebook that isnt good
what to do?

You can rethink your plan. What if your new acccount in your sisters name goes wrong and you don't pay your fees, or you hit a tax threshold?

Your sister gets shafted, not just because she can no longer use ebay, but you've potentially tarnished her credit file/tax liabilities.

Oh, and she won't speak to you ever again (only you can decide if that is a negative).

Seriously, I have a sister and whilst we don't talk much - I'd rather she was on my side than not.

Think about it. Getting your sister involved is selfish.

You can do what we are all doing, create complete stealth accounts, you don't have to use a real person details in order to create an account!

I see that you have already paid for the stealth book, have you read it, understood the stealth concepts?

i open new bank account in another bank
prepaid card i already have

Don't involve your friends and family information in your stealth account. You are asking for trouble in the long run.

As for linking purposes, you should be 100% fine. For all other purposes, see above. If you're selling under 20k it shouldn't be a problem.

There is no way paypal will get access to the Israeli government database which means no matter what number you give them they will not be able to verify it or decide it is not yours. Think about the security in Israel and youll see the logic.
As for the bank account - paypal cant even see the name of the bank account owner in the US so there is no way they'll be able to see that information for someone from Israel.
Just start fresh with a complete stealth persona. This stealth persona can have your last name and a different first name meaning you can get a PO Box address and still get packages to it should you need to.
